Leadership & Founder
Chief Dr. Anthony A. Adedipe, Ph.D., J.D., D.Cr., Founder and Chief Executive Officer, is a distinguished financial expert and advocate for inclusive economic empowerment, with over four decades of extensive experience across reputable financial institutions in both Nigeria and the United States.
He is the Founder of CountryWide Lending and Financial Services Ltd., established in 2023 and duly licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria. His vision continues to drive access to responsible financial solutions for individuals and businesses.
Dr. Adedipe is also the Founder of Texcal Financial Mortgage Bank in Texas, USA, licensed by the State of Texas Consumer Finance and Mortgage Banking authorities. Earlier in his career, he established Midland Financial Services in 1982 in Fremont, California, where he operated as a licensed lender under the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI).
His educational background was obtained in the United States, where he earned advanced academic and professional qualifications, including a Ph.D., Juris Doctor (J.D.), and Doctor of Criminology (D.Cr.).
In addition to his financial expertise, Dr. Adedipe is a recognized member of the Western Association of American Criminologists and the American Society of Criminology, reflecting his interdisciplinary commitment to justice, ethics, and societal development.
His leadership philosophy is anchored on integrity, regulatory compliance, innovation, and sustainable growth, with a lifelong dedication to bridging financial access gaps for underserved communities.
